Pain all over feet mostly first thing?

Every morning when I get up my feet hurt. I can walk still but they're sore all over. It's been going on for a few months gradually worsening. I just thought it was maybe age, I'm 42, but friends the same age say it doesn't happen to them?

I suppose I'll have to visit the doctor or does anyone think I should just see a chiropodist?

Has anyone else had this happen to them?

I had it for ages but it went in the end. My feet sort of had to 'warm up' in the mornings and then I was fine all day.

Glad it went for you. I know what's caused it too, lots of walking in the lake district. I'll do the exercises before I get up, thanks again.
