I (& half the people I know) have a rotten cough; my brain is bouncing off the inside of my skull

I don't think I'll sleep much tonight

How are you today Katy? DH has had this for a week or so, and he's finally started to sound like a bad cough, rather than in imminent danger of losing a lung (he's been hospitalised with bacterial pneumonia before, so I get very nervous when he gets this sort of thing) It does seem to be doing the rounds at the moment.

I have that as part of the razorthroat bug. I coughed until 4am on Sunday and it hurt my throat, I'm sure a little patch is torn or red raw. I also wheeze and rattle when I breathe which is a bit disconcerting

In order to sleep I suck those antibacterial strepsils and have extra pillows to prop me upright, worked last night.

Today I am of work and sippomg hot honey and lemon. hat has worked as well.

It's blimmin rotten, this bug - 7 people are off work with it today!!!!

no sore throat, just bouncing of brain against skull when I cough

so, so tired

I had the sore throat/headache/cough bug. It lasted two weeks. Hideous.

This is my second 'cold' since September the last ne ended in a chest infection & I feel so rough just now
