I've just started ttc but have got thrush Always used to just take a diflucan capsule, but am I right in thinking I can't do that if there's any chance I might be pregnant? I'm using the lactacyd wash stuff from Boots - is that ok?

Please can someone respond quickly - I'm off on holiday to foreign parts in a few hours, and I really need to know what to take!

Hi there!

Dont worry! I think you are right about not taking the capsule and I am sure the wash is fine to use. App yoghurt is very good for thrush and you can apply that to your vagina (sorry!) and even just eating it may help - something to do with the good bacteria in it!

What a bummer getting this before your holiday - I hope you have a good time despite this!

Wherever you go you should be able to get yoghurt!

Sorry cant be any more help!

I find that acidopholus (sp?) works a treat. It's in actimel or you can buy capsules from health food shops. Check if it's ok for pregnancy though and good luck ttc
