Hi, has anyone heard of a herbal remedy for pmt called 'escape'. i read about it in a mag but have stupidly threw it away.

Arrgghhh! This rings a bell with me too. I just looked through 'Healthy' magazine and 'Woman' but can't see it.

Will continue looking and let you know if I find it.
