i ate:

-hash browns and fishfingers.
-chicken satay skewers, crab claws, thai spring rolls, prawn toast, crispy seaweed and garlic broccoli.

i must have been eating for you dubs.

had 2 iced top mince pies (bitter's fault), prawn cocktail pringles and sour cream dip and then cottage pie way to lose weight

it's not that bad.

it was a cold day! need those calories.

any chance of a lovely lighter bump?

I have eaten - 2x pate on wholemeal toast, low salt Heinz tomato soup, half a tin, cheese on white toast x 1, chicken, watercress and shrooms for dinner.......
