Hi all. Hope this finds you well. Briefly: I had a DVT back in Januray last year, no known reason (3 months after birth of daughter. Warfarin for 3 months. Tested positive once and once borderline recently for Lupus Anticoagulant and waiting for 3rd test. Currently on no medication. I am 30 y/o female.

Anyway, the pat couple days I have felt a tightness in my calf (same calf as before)I felt something not quite right but nothing too bad.
Last night I woke up with nasty pain in my calf and I woke up,tried to get up and could hardly walk on my leg. It felt very similar to the pain with my first DVT.

Anyway,I didnt get much sleep but I finally got a few hours and woke up this morning. My leg seemed much better and I have walked into town and back with no problem. I am keeping an eye on it but not sure whether to let this go or not. When I squeeze my calf there is definate pain there but then there always has been some since my last DVT when I squeeze it at the back.

So I wonder if anyone has had these kind of symptoms or in general would the pain just get worse rather than disappear?
I have spoken to my dad (a former A and E Dr) and he said to keep watching it but to wait a bit before I go in if the pain has gone because he thinks they might send me home if I tell them the pain has gone. I'm not so sure what to do though.

Many thanks,

Just phoned NHS direct and they also said to sit tight and see if anything else happens.
