1200-1600 calories per day, depending on activity.
14-20 grams of protein per day
fibre (guidleine only, no official recommendations) 6 g per day
calcium 350-450 milligrams per day, increases according to age
6 milligrams iron per day

will have a flick through and see what else i can find. book is called fit kids, published by dorling kindersley. written by mary l gavin, steven a dowshen & neil izenberg. foreward by dr jane collins. incase you want to get it yourself

salt:
toddlers 2g per day max
4-6 year olds 3g per day

1g sodium = 2.5g salt
