Anyone on Sertraline and having trouble getting hold of it?

This is the only anti depressant that has agreed with me and I haven't been able to take it since Wednesday.

Every pharmacy in my area has not been able to get it into stock. I suppose I should see my g.p but I'm really worried about having to switch.

Fortunately I will be in London this weekend so am hoping to find it there.

Is anyone else finding this?

how annoying for you. Have you been to a pharmacy and asked them to ring around for you to see if they could find a supply.
Just be careful as you may have a real dip in your mood if you don't get hold of some soon.
I suppose there could be a manufacturing problem that is affecting supply.

If you have the patient information leaflet from an old pack of medication then there should be a contact number for the company. this may help
If you follow the link (if the manufacturer is correct) then phone the medical information number and they should be quite happy to tell you if there is a manufacturing problem.

There has been supply problems for this medicine. Try Lloyds pharmacy and if they don't have it try Boots as each are supplied by different wholesalers. Unfortunately if they can't supply that's the two biggest medicine wholesalers in the UK who can't supply. Do not try the biggest stores, goto the small little stores in the back of beyond for your best chance of getting medicine.

I'm on this - I was about to run out so took the prescription to London with me last friday (26) when i went down for a meeting (live miles away). I took the script into Boots on Oxford st - not far from Bond st tube, and they had some there. Hope ¥ou get on OK!

Thanks, managed to get some in Boots on the strand yesterday. Think I'd better see my GP soon as I only get a months at a time.
