can anyone recommend an omega 3 suppliment for a 3 year old who is fussy?

She won't take the capsules, I don't want to bribe her with chocolate because it is making her hyper.

DD3 (who is 3!) likes Eskimo Kids, it's a liquid one you give on a spoon. You can also mix it into orange juice if that's preferable

best ever way is to grind flaxseeds, which are best source of omega3 + other minerals + soluble fibre, in fact superfoods
sprinkle on any food like you would pepper and as they don't taste of anything strong, she won't even know she is eating them, won't associate it with a medecine and still get all benefits
