what could it be?? funny rash?

Ds has a rash on his neck and upto his ears, I didn't noticed it till I went to get him out the car to school, brought him home and he has a doctors appointment at 10:15. Just wondering what it could be, he said its itchy

or possibly German measles

or a general virus/sore throat

Allergy to something? Have you changed washing powders or soap??

washing powder hasn't changed. Going to the doctors in 15 minutes.

he hasn't been touching anything unusual like a plant?

I thought heat rash but its cold here.....
