I had a numb toe caused by a ganglion on my big toe joint which was compressing the nerve. The ganglion was a visible as a small(ish) swelling but It was more noticeable in that my shoes didn't go on easily anymore!
The ganglion was treated successfully and the feeling came back in my toe.

Hope this helps!

Random, but any pains further up your leg? Thinking sciatica from nerve/disc pressure in your lumbar region. I have a numb thumb from neck disc pressure.

Just a thought.

nope no pain or anything anywhere apart from this numb toe!

cant see any swellings and shoes fit ok, i have had quite a few ganglions on hands over the years but been ganglion free for about 3 years.

just hope doc knows what it is!
