Boots do some that they can take from 2yrs old. Its an orange flavoured liquid.

I've just started dd on a vitamin supplement with omega 3 fish oils, it's Bassetts Soft and Chewy and it's for age 3 and up (but only because it's a chewy tablet, not because they can't have them younger). They seem OK, dd likes the taste (she wouldn't touch Superdrug's own because they tasted nasty), but the only reason I bought that brand was because dh has been project managing some new lines at the pharmaceuticals company that makes them and would have sulked if I'd used any other brand

Highly purified fish oils with lots of dha. I gave them to ds from about one (breastfed before that and I took supplements)- just cut open the capsule and added the contents to his milk.

You can get good 3-6-9 Omega oil mix for veggies in Tescos too.

Linseed and flax seed also good omega sources.

you can toast linseed like popcorn and eat it like that or grind it up and add to food, soup, stew, etc etc etc

I buy eye q as its the only one I can find without artificial sweeteners
Honestly why do they put such crap in it.
It really really annoys me!
