Would you suck the snot out of your babies nose if you had tried everything else to no avail and she couldn't suck her thumb or bf properly???

You might want to get a wee bottle of saline drops from the chemist. Really does soften stuff up so it can come out with less, ahem, adult assistance.

The rubber snot sucker always made DD so hysterical it created more snot. Never considered sucking it out... I did use my little fingernail on quite a few occasions to get the main out though (little finger always seems to be quite long, no matter how often I cut it).

Try not to mooncup in pubic... My patented demented chicken pose that I use to get it in really isn't a flatter sight

kit990 · 19/09/2005 22:44

PLease can someone tell me what a mooncup is?

flamesparrow · 19/09/2005 22:45

Its like a silicone (like an avent bottle teat) egg cup thing that you stick inside you and it catches your period, rather than being like a tampon and absorbing it.

kit990 · 19/09/2005 22:48

well, I thought I was quite streetwise but I have never heard of or seen one. Where do you get them from? I'm intrigued.
No periods to catch though, still breastfeeding!

flamesparrow · 19/09/2005 22:51

I got mine from mumzmall Price includes postage.

Here is my very graphic (sorry ) review!

Fantastic review. I feel all educated now. The thought of removing it in the car park did make me smile
