Had scan for PCos which was fine. Any ideas?

The cystic follicles associated with PCOS can and do disappear (this is perhaps why they were not visible. Also it can take a skilled sonographer to spot it). Excess prolactin levels can certainly interfere with ovulation.

What were your LH and FSH levels?.

Have you now been referred to hospital; it may be that there is a problem with your pituitary gland which can be treated. Blood tests for thyroid imbalance should be carried out as well.

In any case you should be referred to a specialist as a matter of course. It warrants further investigation.
