Cure for the common cold?

I am aware that if someone actually had a cure the they would be a millionaire, however, i am dying of manflu suffering with a bad cold, as is DH, DD and now looks like DS is getting it. We are off to centreparcs on monday so will try almost anything to get rid of colds by then.

Please help!

paracetamol and ibuprofen for the symptoms. hot sweet tea, toast, sleep.

I could have cried last night when i couldn't taste my dinner

I am drinking lemsip, but it doesn't seem to be working. Used one of the calpol plug in thingies last night, but again not as uch use as i hoped.

don't panic, your body needs to save energy.

you can help the symptoms, but you need to not overload yourself. think positive!
