Hi

Ive got one and want rid of it! I'm a small frame (size 8) and need exercises to tone up rather than lose weight. Sorry it's boring but look like I'm about 5 months gone some days,so could do with some inspiration. Children are 4 and one.

Pilates is good for toning up tummy.

Are you sure you are not bloated? I have a jelly belly but can control it a lot by cutting down on gluten.

In terms of exercise - running is the best thing I've ever found for the tummy. You feel the difference after just one go. I'm talking a gentle jog round the park. Have a go.

No easy answers, ha ha, but will give it a go. Thanks for replying.

Mine's awful. I look pregnant and my twins are 5! I'm on a diet and I'm exercising. I think it's going to be a slow process. I bought some support knickers (which hold the tummy) from M&S today!

Hi. I use an online exercise site called bloomingfit. It's run by a midwife and personal trainer and it has some really good info and worth checking out.... plus its free!! good luck with the ongoing battle to get back in shape, although I fear it may be a lifelong one for me!!!

There was a thread recently about the Nip & Tuck cream - not for losing flab but for toning up loose skin apparently.
