Depression and wheat?

Treated for post-natal depression 3-4 years ago and fine now, but have occasional 'blips' ie similar symptoms again and have recognised an association with times when I've had more wheat than usual. I have no other food intolerances. It's happened in the last couple of days when I've felt really tired, very snappy with DC and as though everything's getting on top of me. Weekend was a bit of a wheatfest with lots of home baking, dinner out, kids birthday buffet etc. A look on the net has convinced me there could be something in my theory and I'm all set to exclude wheat for a week to see how I get on. Just wondered if any of you lovely ladies have any experiences and wisdom to share?
