I am facing a difficult situation atm and struggling to cope a bit (cried when DSs were slow to put their shoes on this morning Blush ) It will resolve itself one way or another within the next 4 weeks or so and once I know exactly what I'm dealing with, I'll be able to get on with it. It's the uncertainty I find so hard.

So, whilst I don;'t for a minute think I'm suffering with any real depression, I do feel like I could do with a bit of help for a month or so. Anyone tried them with good (or bad) results?

I did. May I just suggest you don't eat half a bottle thinking they aren't working as you will find you fall asleep suddenly and unexpectedly...

I tried something called Natracalm and was amazed to find it worked for me - not really a believer in these type of remedies. Does make me a bit sleepy though - but not so much you can't function. Hope you feel better soon.

Yes, have used them to help me sleep. They work for me.

Hope the month goes quickly for you and you feel better soon.

I used them and they worked fine. Think it was 2 tablets 3x a day. I was in quite a bad way though so did have to resort to something stronger later (20mg of anti depressants) but once off them Kalm's worked well too. i use them before difficult appointments or if i have a deadline at work etc and i feel under pressure or nervous.

They also do night time ones which aid sleep but i haven't tried those myself.

I would try them as they are natural and can't harm you.

Good luck Smile
