I am facing a difficult situation atm and struggling to cope a bit (cried when DSs were slow to put their shoes on this morning
) It will resolve itself one way or another within the next 4 weeks or so and once I know exactly what I'm dealing with, I'll be able to get on with it. It's the uncertainty I find so hard.
So, whilst I don;'t for a minute think I'm suffering with any real depression, I do feel like I could do with a bit of help for a month or so. Anyone tried them with good (or bad) results?
