8 week immunisations HELP!!!!

My DD had her 8 week immunisations today and we thought all was well, she cried while having them then slept for ages in the pram. However she has woken up and sobbed for an hour refused food and is now sleeping vry restlessly. We have Calpol but not given her any yet. Does this sound normal. Im very worried that she refused a feed as she is normally fed every 4 hours and hasn't had anything since 11.30 this morning.

Also should i be expecting any other changes in behaviour and how long does this usually last?

My ds was exactly the same after his 8 week jabs, he was inconsolable for nearly 3 hours, it was heartbreaking! She'll probably be fine by now but if you're still concerned ring nhs direct. Fwiw that was the only time he had any sort of side effect from immunisations, I was dreading the next lot after that but hes been fine after all the others Smile

Thanks for your replies she seems absolutely fine this morning, even managed to sleep from 10.30 to 5.30 which is the first time she's ever slept through! We're both feeling very refreshed this morning!
