is he in a cot? coz if he is maybe try putting the mattress up at one end, or may sound weird but also a boncy chair sleeping in that
my son suffered terrible reflux when born and had to sleep upright in his bounty chair
worth a try otherwise cant help as there nothing u can give to a 4 week old

a nasal aspirator thingy may also be worth a go.

apprently medised shouldnt be used in children under 2 thats what i just found
so be careful make sure u ask chmeist b4 giving ur lo anything considering there only 4 weeks as well
i honestky dont think there is anything for children under 3 months,
matthew use to get illa lot when under 3 months and we had to fight it out
