after childbirth my mooncup is sitting a lot lower (wonder why) and if I don't squeeze it feels like it is sort of falling out. I know it is not literally going to fall out but I was wondering if anyone else had this, to then go on to find it gets comfy again. I had a baby 9 weeks ago and doing pelvic floors when i remember daily. As an aside, I cannot believe I got my period back so quickly as I am BF and everything...

Are you using the same mooncup as you had before you got pg? I don't use one but am thinking of trying it and I read on the website that they come in 2 sizes - 1 for women who have never given birth vaginally and a slightly bigger size (about 3mms bigger) for women who have.
