have had flu and now got awful dry cough - almost feels as if my mouth is being tickled down the side of my tongue.
anything?
got no meds in house and read that cough mixs don't really work- and don't like Benelyn etc.

sucking worthers originals but they are so sweet they almost make me cough anyway.

anything natural that might help?

I had a similar thing a fews back and like you i don't think cough mixture works, but I gave in and bought some Robitussin (over the counter one) for dry coughs and it was fab! It has something in it that suppresses the coughing reflex, and I finished the whole bottle - highly recommended!
Good luck!

Also Covonia Original - it kills that tickle that leaves you scarlet faced and retching.
