Hi, Not sure if this is the right place to post. Whilst pregnant with DS2 my mdwife didn't give me the form for my exemption cert. TBH I forot all about it as I was, and have still been lucky enough to not need it.
However, I think I need a filling and whilst chatting to my mum she mentioned that it would be free etc.. it was then I realised that I hadn't got it!
Anyone know if I can still get one. MyDS is 6 months so would still have 6 months left.
Any Ideas?
