First defence spray

Has anyone tried it - does it work? Had a cold about 2 weeks ago and am now getting another sore throat can i nip it in the bud ?

dh uses it quite often. he is a diver and relient on keeping ENT germs at bay. he thinks it really works!

I think it's pretty good! If you don't fancy it, another good trick is to rinse your nose with warm salt water every day :)

Although this is good for symptomatic relief from a cold, does seem that using it every day leads to more colds than those you stopped irrigating every day.
