Sorry another pooh question (FTMI)

What is normal for 1yr old poohs? My boy has been on lactulose for many months and although all of the markers have come back normal there is still a question mark over whether or not he has coeliac disease. I know poohs can be another symptom of this and now that his constipation medication is working I am wondering if what he does is normal. He is going around about every second day, quite large sticky motions (I think due to the lactulose) strong smelling and often with "bits" like peas or raisins in. Sorry about the details but would like to know if this is what most one year olds produce or whether it supports the coeliac theory. TIA

I thought coeliac poo was frequent, soft and cake mixture colour.

The lumps are totally normal for a 1 yr old, don't really know why they bother eating peas and raisins as they don't seem to chew them!

thanks we have just been told they would be large, bulky and foul smelling, so what he is having but arent all baby poohs (post weaning) foul smellling?

I'm sure the cake mixture part is pretty important - as pale stools mean you aren't absorbing fat or something. What colour are his?

definately on the dark side so hopefully this is a good sign
