Keep developing low grade infections like thrush, eye infections, uti and fungal stuff on body, also have chronic sinisitis.

Feeling very run down and very busy at home Sad

Any tips for improving my health? I try to eat healthily, but sometimes rely too much on sugary stuff for energy.

Work is very stressful and don't get a break there during my 7 hour shifts.

I take a few vitamins and supplements.

DH isn't much help around the house and I still end up by doing most of the cleaning, shopping, organising etc.

I take Echinacea and lots of vitamin C, but am still managing to pick all these bugs up Sad

cut back on alcohol, sugar, fatty foods and caffiene
eat fresh fruit every day (and veg if you can)
cook your own food, avoid take-aways
get daily exercise - 20 mins walk to start if not used to it
vitamin rich foods (iron) may bolster your immune system: spinach, rocket, etc

hope that helps. I suffered long term sinusitis and thrush and making the changes above has made a HUGE difference.

Consider getting tested for diabetes? Apparently thousands of people have these without knowing about it

OMG I have sinusitis & I have never know such pain!

Either that or I´ve got a really bad tooth which is making the whole of the left side of my face hurt!

I agree that it could be too much sugar.
