Flu jab with a cold?

Hi all I am meant to be having my flu jab this afternoon (I am 26 weeks pregnant and use very busy public transport in East London every day) and I think I have the beginnings of a cold. I can't find any info as to whether I can still have the jab with this and will have to call the docs when they open. Does anyone have a clue what I should do? I am leaving for work now so will check back when I get there!

TIA

NHS says if you have a fever you should hold off on a Flue vaccine.

The nurse giving you the jab is likely to ask you whether you feel unwell in any case.

Does that help?

Yes thank you, I spoke to NHS direct and they said I should be fine as I have no fever and don't actually feel ill at all!
