Arrange a hot date
Book a bikini wax
Put some white linen trousers on.

JustDoMyLippyThenWeWillGo · 18/10/2010 16:00

Go away for a weekend with no supplies.

Manage to get babysitter for dc (see blue moon)

marriednotdead · 18/10/2010 16:15

Make plans for bath together and amazing sex early night (rather than lazy scratch-the-itch sex) and set the scene with suggestive texts/phonecalls all day. Works every time.

Or go on holiday and put on a white skirt and a thong Blush

snowmash · 18/10/2010 16:23

Swim (only if you like it)/other water activity - preferably at an exciting pool/place that takes some organising.

phipps · 18/10/2010 16:32

Sorry, I went off to make a bakewell tart Hmm.

All good ideas but none I could do now as the only pair of white trousers I have don't fit anymore.

If I promised DH amazing sex tonight I think he would laugh Grin.

phipps · 18/10/2010 18:48
Sad

Surprise him. Actions not words?

Got IBS/endo. Pain and pills that kill sex drive are not compatible with good intentions Sad

But we digress

FreakoidOrgansandBloodoid · 18/10/2010 20:19

Do a pregnancy test. The most expensive kind.

3WiseMumsies · 18/10/2010 20:19

Have sex or do lots of wanking, get that womb contracting with some orgasms.

SparkyMalarky · 18/10/2010 20:22

Eat celery - several sticks. I kid you not.

phipps · 18/10/2010 21:21

No celery. The guinea pigs ate it all but if no period by tmw am I will buy some.

Sex? Maybe I will have to not tell dh why I fancy some Grin.

It's not an ordinary come-to-bed line is it?

"Take me darling, I need to menstruate!"

Grin
gaelicsheep · 18/10/2010 22:05

I'm with Freakoid. A pregnancy test used to work for me every time. In fact it got to point that I don't think my body could have a period until I'd done a pregnancy test.

A1980 · 19/10/2010 00:21

Swimming in cold water used to work when I was in my early 20's. It would bring it on the next day.

phipps · 19/10/2010 08:03

I need more stories still no sign.

Cheapest test from where please? If it is going to bring my period on (and I won't believe it anyway if it says negative even though there is about a 99.99% chance that I am not pregnant) I don't want to be spending loads when I could be buying daft Christmas presents for the Guinea pigs.

FreakoidOrgansandBloodoid · 19/10/2010 14:33

No it has to be an expensive one because otherwise you haven't wasted enough money by doing a test and getting your period an hour later Grin

3 for £1 in poundland though

phipps · 19/10/2010 16:37

No need. Auntie Flo has arrived. Only a couple of days late but I never am and it would be disasterous if I had been pregnant.
