Do I have Cancer???

I wonder if anyone can advise on this. I have had a small lump on my cheekbone for about a year now. Rock hard about the size of a pea. Last night I thought it feels a bit bigger, but today I am not sure again. For the past four months I have been developing small "pimples" on my face but they are also rock hard round things... not the normal pimple and they dont go away! Getting a bit nervous now cause someone asked me if it is skin cancer... got me thinking but I dont think I really want to know. Anyone ever known something like this? Never heard of cheek cancer so hoping it is something else.

Any advice would be welcome

Have you seen a GP about this? To be honest this is the only person that can advise, and if it is something that isn't serious, at least your mind will be at rest.

Go to the doctors it could just be a cyst or something There are some benign skin cancers which are caused by the sun and can be very easily removed I have had a couple on my leg removed and that is the end of them

You really should see a Dr, but it's probably not cancer- lots of viral things etc but the Dr would NEED to assess and possibly treat. I get lumps ike this with my NF, but I did have it diagnosed by A Dr. Get thee along immediately, but don't be too scared.

I have a hard lump at the top of my arm which is where the fat , normally liquid just goes moe granular and hard. Nothing abnormal at all. Could your cheek lump be similar?
Goodluck
