Sore Boobs...

Hi. I am feeling generally tired at the moment. Nothing specific making me this tired. During the past fuw days my boobs are feeling really heavy, hot, and sore. Today it felt like the breastfeeding 'let down' was happening, it felt really strange. Any ideas as to what could be going on? I am in my 40's, regular menstrual cycle, etc. Thanks.

Hi - are you bfing or pregnant?

It sounds like you could have mastitis, but obviously unlikely if you're not bfing. If not bfing, then some sort of infection, no?

I'd go to the GP in the morning and get checked out.

PS If you're not allergic to ibuprofen, that could help with any inflammation I think.
