15 mo ds has bitten the end off a plastic spoon and i think he has swallowed it

if i take him to a&e will they tell me to go home and wait a day? am just a bit concerned because it may have had a sharp edge. i dont even know if he swallowed it but i cant see it anywhere.

do i panic or not?

ok, ignore this. he has just watched me frantically searching the floor, high chair and baby grow and has now presented me with the bit of spoon. very amusing of him

thanks nannyl, thats my usual thing to fall back on. could feel the panic welling up tho, imagining the worst. am sure he knew exactly what he was doing
