ok whats going on???

been really emotional for a couple of weeks, yesterday was really down and clingy with dh and sad. today I have come on my period, but it is a week early and I am always regular as clockwork. Really worried that I might be starting menopause or something. not got bad cramps like normal. been really tired but am always busy anyway so that could be why. boobs sore, normally are a bit when on period but have been for about a week.
is somnething weird going on or is it just one of those things, am deffo not pregnant as dh had vasectomy 3 years ago and was given all clear.
I am 36 years old.

I'd say it's one of those things,have you been under alot of stress lately? or lost weight? One missed period does not mean the menopause.

P.S Evening primrose oil really helps with painful boobs

This happens to me sometimes. Every now and again I'll get out of rhythm. Have you been spending a lot of time with female friends lately. I find that when I do, I often sync with them and it throws me all off kilter.

is probably stress thinking about it, was just feeling so odd, pains come in full force now so not worried there (although really rather do without).
