Does anyone get bone pain?

Especially big bones?

My forearms, my thighs, my hips (not the joint but the whole boney bit)

It hurts so much some times & I know it's not rheumatism, & I don't think it's arthritis

No but I guess it is an appointment with the GP to see what is going on

I just wondered if anyone else had it?

I get pain in my arms and it feels like it is in the bone. I have had it for a long time and have been dx with fybromyalgia.

I have an S shaped spine and some parts missing so the muscles are not attached properly. I often get sciatica which is an ache I just can't get to in my legs and down into my foot.
If I am run down or tired (or hungover!) I get the same ache in my arms and hands.

Try yoga or some exercise which works on your posture and see if that helps?

Definitely go and see your doctor about it.
