I've had several ulcers and sore bits on tongue and mouth for over a fortnight now. They seem to move around. They're really sore and I've had enough now.

Any ideas?

Oh I'm glad it's not ... well you know ... something more scarey. Thanks Lockets.

Have you been eating tomatoes, they can cause ulcers?

spidermama · 09/09/2005 20:39

No more than usual waterfalls. In fact I've been avoiding them as they sting.

I found homeopathic sulphur helped with mine - was feeling much more comfortable within a couple of hours of taking, starting to feel able to eat within 24hrs and only a couple left after 48 hours. However, as I recall there's about 3 or 4 different homeopathic remedies for mouth ulcers so a different remedy might be more suitable.

list of remedies here - worth a try at least

spidermama · 09/09/2005 23:12

Thanks georgina. I'll give it a go. I even have some sulphur remedy upstairs somewhere (though possibly with a sell by date from last century).
