DP is booked in for bloods at 9.30 after a check up last week showed slightly higher blood pressure than usual for a 28 year old male.

DP has only had water since 7pm last night as instructed. However, this morning when preparing the lunchboxes he ate two small grapes!!

Can he still have his bloods done or should he just re-book?

Bloody stupid man!

prob best to re book- grapes are pretty sugary, and it'd just eliminate the element of doubt next time!!

doh!

I'm going to make him go anyway and tell the nurse. He isn't sure what the bloods are for, and to be honest with you I nthink he needs the embaressment of having to tell the nurse. Grin
