I just had the most horrendous pain in my head and now I feel really sick and a bit not all there

I am here alone with the children, I don't feel that I am going to faint (though had no warning the times I have) and DH should be home in half an hour, but is it anything to worry about?

If the pain has now gone, it's unlikley to be anything ore serious.
