Dilated bowel

Ok I been in hospital for dislocated hip that's back but I started vomting every time I ate they thought constipation but did emergency xray which sowed dilAted bowel but not in right place to be constipation am awaiting emergency ct scan

The blockage is high in the bowel on the left hand side but as you can imagine I'm worried sick

I know it's difficult but try not to panic rtb......and definitely don't start searching for a diagnosis via dr google (he's not qualified!!)

When will you have your scan?

Haave just had my scan had as emergency but now I wait but worried

roundthebend4 - I've been hospitalised several times with bowel blockages. I had surgery on it the last time but on the occasions before that it has settled without. Are you nil by mouth at the moment?
