me again with another problem, hot flushed cheeks

what could cause this? they sometime feel really hot for no reason at all, mostly left side.

Are you old enough to be having menopausal hot flushes? It could be the start of that.

Another alternative might be raised BP.

Or are you on any medication? - some can cause this as a side effect, worth googling anything you are taking.
