Any recommendations for relieving breast pain?

It seems to be entirely hormonal, (always cropping up in the week before my period) and only on one side.

I was wondering if anyone had tried herbal remedies or anything that had worked for them.
Otherwise I'll guess I'll just have to stick to the paracetamol. Smile

Thx

I went to the doctor with this afew years ago and she recommended evening primrose oil and starflower oil - worked for me.

Another recommendation for evening primrose oil here. I get this sort of pain and when I take it it goes and I forget about it. Then because it's not happening I forget to take the capsules and it comes back. Not exactly scientific but it seems to work for me!

Have had breast pain for a number of years and was investigated. They recommended evening primrose oil which does work. You need a large dose of 1000g.

Thanks for that, will give it a go.

Cabbage leaf. Smash it up a bit and put in bra - old greying one preferably, I do assume everybody has one, leave for a few hours or overnight.
Also duiretics - tea, tab;ets whatever.
And Evening Primrose Oil.
