anyone suffered from piles?if yes how do you make them go away?i got this problem after having a baby and its affecting my sex life,i have tried many things but they go away temporarily then come back again

help needed

had this last week and tried usual things from chemist without lick,went to doc and got proctosedyl ointment ,did the trick in three days,problem solved.

that should have been luck not lick,god knows what you were imagining.
