aching joints

I have had very sore aching joints in my fingers ever since the birth of my DD 4 months ago, and it feels like it is getting worse. Has anyone else experienced aching joints after birth?

No not after birth, with age though and i changed my diet to fruit on an empty stomach loads of veg. cut out acid forming foods like dairy, vinegar, alchohol and caffeine and see how you go; I have no aches and pains now
