Does anyone know the right % of water and body your body you should be made up of to be healthy?

My new scales tell me and I know it isn't great so wondered what the right levels were.

Do you mean fat rather than water? This wikipedia article gives some figures for that.

I meant fat and water.

It does say that I need to change my drinking habits and that I am over weight but I am always interested in real life opinions rather than written down ones.

Looking at the link it looks like my fat and water % measure up but it is confusing as I know I have too much fat. I obviously need to drink more water every day. Is it still 8 glasses?
