10 weeks postpartum - bleeding again

Hi,

I'm 10 weeks postpartum and have started spotting blood again after my bleeding stopping over 4 weeks ago. I have cramps all yesterday but havent had any today. I breastfeed so wasn't expected a period anytime soon. Is this normal?

yup mine came back around then both times, sorry.

Period. I exclusively bf my dd for 10 months and I still got my periods back at about 10 weeks. WIth ds, still bf at 2, they didn't return for about 11 months iirc. Seems unfair doesn't it

I was bfing every 2hrs day and night from birth. That's about when my periods returned too. I had 6wks of lochia, a month off and then a period. Was robbed.

Meant to add if you're in pain, have a temp it smells or you feel unwell then get checked out for infection.

But I think it's possibly your period, especially if you had cramps too.

I thought I'd have more time off...guess not.
