i have recently developed a constant aching around my left shoulder; this is now accompanied by a tender left breast - bit worried, anyone else had this? :)

I was so worried, I had a mammogram. It was clear but problem became chronic. I am now receiving physio. It seems nerve and blood supply can cause tenderness in boob when problem elsewhere, i.e. joints, ribs, muscles.

Go get breast checked out at G.P. Better safe than sorry. You think when you have a sore breast, it can only be one thing. There may be many other causes however.
