I have an intensely itchy bottom. There. I said it. I've had it for a couple of days, it's awful first thing in the morning (wakes me up, in fact). What could be causing it? I'm going to go to doc's tomorrow, btw. Just wondering what on earth it could be?

Probably Worms.....

No biggy, you can get treatment over the counter but all the family need treating.

could be, but could be anything. are you prone to skin flareups, like excema or psoriosis. I get itching and broken skin when stressed.

best to get checked out tho first i would say.

Not prone to psoriasis etc, no, but prone to thrush (argh! the slightest upset to my 'balance' - ie. stress, diet, heat etc - gives me thrush) and urinary infections, so am quiet sensitive in my nether regions.

if it's worse in morning then it is most likely worms that come out at night.
or it could be a rash.
have you got mirror out and looked for a rash etc?

Try Ovex for worms but whole family need it and you need to do bedding etc regime. All on leaflet insde ovex.
