Painfull hip thigh painkiller options

I have hypermoblity syndrome on Sunday I slipped twisting myhip which popped out then in and since then has got worse been taking regular ibruptofen then dyhdrycol but ifs been getting worse sitting hurts lying down hurts moving one to other hurts

to point called duty dr who told me that can safely take another 800 mg ofinbruprofen on top of 400 alreAdy took

This serioulsy hurts can't get to out of hrs I live 40 mins away don't drive and even if did would nitbe able to can't sit comfy or even lie

Dr talking about stronger anti inflamtrys any one know what options will be

I've recently had surgery on my hip and a bag of frozen peas for 10 mins really helped. It is likely you have swelling there so it should help reduce the inflammation.

Tried cold and hot but this really hurts yet afterc section I only needed paracetmol for 24 he's after first painkilling injection wore of
this is on side of my hip goes down curls on to my thigh is also sore on right butt cheek sitting down is very sharp pain also trying yo stand invokes almost sliding onto floor then a sharp grit of teeth while rolling onto knees then standing up

Have you tried an ibuprofen gel? It will get into your bloodstream, so you need to balance it with the tablets, but I found this helped.

Legs even slightly apart hurt to but can't bend bad leg to support it eith by pillow as hurts never has it like this yes had bad shoulder for few years that hurts on and of but this is bad and with 4dc and ds3 has Sn am finding it tough luckily ds1and ds2 can help but nit even sure how going to get out if bed tomorrow

Yes running it with the other meds but barley seems touch it tried nit taking dose see if made differance it did I was crying so know it's working but nit enough fir me ti function

Took 1200 ibprufen on Drs advice and 2 of dyhcodrl? Strong non prescriptves but it's only took edge of and as bad again

Sigh going to have to try and run gauntlet of receptionist get emergency appointment me thinks
