Constantly weeing - what could this be?

had a sample tested at dr's and all clear no sign of infection, dont have pain but am constantly going for a wee.

anyone have any ideas

Was the sample dip tested or sent away?

Are you drinking lots? Any other symptoms?

both - got to call Thurs for results but at surgery nothing showed up.

breasts a bit tingly!!! Am not pg as on pill, plus in stages of meno

Diabetes can cause lots of weeing.

If your sample was dip tested at the GP then glucose would have been found if thats the cause, but if a sample was sent to microbiology they wouldn't have looked for it.

Are you completely sure you are not preg? The pill can fail and until menopause is completely through you can still get caught out! It is unlikely but not impossible and so maybe a quick test could rule it out.

I gave up tea and coffee at the start of the year because I'd had this problem for ages. It has helped so much - I feel I go to the loo like a normal person now. It was hard to do but really worth it. Definitely second the advice to ensure you're not diabetic or pregnant though. If you had an infection you'd probably have some sort of burning sensation - that's my experience, anyway.

agree, tea and coffee can make you spend ages in the loo. I had 5 cups of tea by midday yesterday and spent the rest of the day weeing. I find diet coke has a similar effect. Water is the way to go!
