Buggyfit?

Has anyone got any experience of buggyfit classes?

Is it just for mums with new babies?

I have a 2YO and a 1YO and would like to join a fitness class where I can take them with me. The 2YO isn't desperately keen on being in a buggy, but I think he will be OK if Im running about the place.

Or, is it really not that suitable for toddlers?

thanks,

I had to stop when DS got to about 18 months as an hour in the buggy was just too much for him. Our classes did a lot of running about but also stopped occasionally to do stretches and toning work. Instructors were all Mums though and were happy to have bigger ones there. Other Mum's had children older than mine it's just mine wasn't happy to sit still.

Classes are usually pay as you go. Why not try one and see how it goes?
