Hello ladies

Is anybody suffering, or has suffered, with feeling weak shaky and nervous which is attributable to their perimenopause?

I am nearly 47 and this problem has been occurring for the past month or so. My periods are also a little more frequent over the past 6 months.

I know I can take supplements is there anything in particular for these symptoms that helps? Black Cohosh?? Red Clover??

I don't get night sweats or depressed just the shaky weak nervy feeling.

Any thoughts please?

Must appreciated if anybody can help!

I get the weak shaky thing too and thought it was low blood sugar but eating something sugary doesn't seem to make me feel better. I've been getting the frequent period thing too. I'm 49 but in denial so haven't tried anything yet!
when I get the sweats, thats when I will know it is really happening.Wink

I would be interested in supplements tho'.

I don't get weak or shaky but haven't had a period for about 4 months now. I asked the gynae that I saw in Switzerland about HRT, he offered me some plant based stuff but with the caveat 'it probably won't work' Hmm. I declined his kind but pricey offer.
