I have got myself in a bit of a mess :(

I had a miscarriage in July. Dh and I both agree that we don't want to try again (we already have 2 dc's). My head was a bit of a mess at the time and I didn't start taking the pill. I then had a period 30 days after the D&C and again didn't start taking the pill. (I know, I'm not sure why I did this as I am sure I don't want another dc).

Anyway.....last period was 40 days ago and counting. I'm not pregnant so can I just start taking the pill again? Can't remember what it's called but it's one of those where you take a break for 7 days.

Yes, you can start taking it now, but you won't be protected for 7 days so should also use another form of protection alongside it for a week
